• addressing of concerns and questions about your service placements
• discussion of these questions: what communities are you serving at your placement right now?  who gets to say what communities volunteers serve?  are there signs of change or plans for expansion in the communities your placement agencies are serving?
• banana and banana-chocolate chip muffins (morning); oatmeal and oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies (lunch, afternoon)

         Leadership development director Burr Datz will engage Bonner Leaders in an evaluation of conflict management styles and explore the roles of conflict in community-building.  What does how one handles conflict have to do with one's community service?  As it turns out, everything.
